Some days feel stressful as I get squeezed into surrender as the patterns of the 'me' that has been surfaces to be seen and dissolved, Some days are easeful as I get a breath to feel the space and invite myself to feel the blessing of what is coming alive.

I'm riding the ways of the frequencies and feel the beauty of what is possible through this.

I dance, I rest, I breathe, I shake through the tension... and I relax into the space that holds me, my body calms and a smile of renewal lights up my heart.
