Energy Update - Stay Steady

Whew, we are receiving a strong solar wind of electrical magnetic energy that is bringing up emotions and shaking things ups!

Stay steady as you can during the intensity of the frequency.

Remember your grounding, breathing, taking space for yourself, coming into neutrality and knowing we are receiving a lot of energy and it will pass.

Our foundations are shifting with higher timelines wanting to anchor while there's collective fear constantly being stirred up with the dramatics of the world stage.

There is also quite a bit of interference in the Inner Earth stifling Mother Earth's energy, crystalline grid and the inner earth beings as well as through our electrical grid.  

Do what you can to take some space from devices. Turn them off and get into the most natural environment you can or only enter sacred spaces online.

Sometimes we need to let off steam if our emotions are up and it's ok. 

Just do it knowing that you need to and do it responsibly with no harm to others.

Invite compassion, love, and connection.

Going through this great shift is not easy, so again stay steady with awareness knowing this is an opportunity to know yourself and grow.

These moments always lead to breakthroughs and greater inner connections!!

If you need to just rest and shut the world off do that too!

I had a moment earlier when I got impatient with my son.

I woke up feeling great, the energy was intense and I was riding it.

He woke feeling grouchy and was quite rude.

I realized he was challenged and did my best to be in a calm space until he kept it up... that I finally raised my voice and got off my center.

I breathed, went outside and returned to center.

Even if you get off center, your center is still there and you can come back in.
