These themes have been very present in the groups and sessions I lead.
Another theme that came up in the Guiding Light Sanctuary last week was the experience of feeling light and in the flow then all of a sudden getting hit with heavy energy causing fatigue.
There are many fluctuations of frequencies right now as we ride this massive transition of collective consciousness and extremes in the world.
The guidance I gave to manage this was to maintain Energy Hygiene.
We had a great discussion about this and I will share this with you during the Awakened Soul Experience on Wednesday.
Utilizing practices that keep our field clear creates a more stable foundation and the ability to discern what is ours versus what is not for more freedom, choice, and alignment in life.
Having a clear field and environment creates greater accessibility of your inner knowing which allows the new possibilities and perceptions to be experienced more readily and clearly.
It also opens up more flow of your energy, soul connection, wholeness and an open heart.
