🌟Energy Update Intense Expansion🌟

In this email I will share an energy update and an opportunity to mentor with me.

Mini Energy Update 

The colors of life are being enhanced!

 You may be experiencing this on a physical level of more vibrant light and color that you see or what is happening in your life.

 You may be having great inspiration and flow.

You may be having strong uprisings of difficult patterns and physical ailments.

Regardless if you judge your experience to be negative or positive, it's a moment to be thoroughly with what is present.. not trying to avoid or get out of it of the challenges and not getting attached to staying in the flow.

Just being right there with yourself, present, no past no future, calling all your energy into the moment.

What is brightening is the opportunity to be super present and in a state of discovery.

Let the full spectrum of your experience to be received, felt and heard letting it take you through the layers of consciousness that are held in your field.

We can expand into the intensity by allowing it all even if it feels like it's all collapsing in, the thoughts, emotions, patterns, fears knowing there will be an expansion at some point, letting it all be expressed, so nothing is held in or back.

As you go through it with awareness, then after  it passes you can really dive into the details and subtleties to then meet it with more awareness the next time.

Awakening is a path of discovery, the knowing that it's all in flow, nothing is wrong.

And an opportunity to know what is in your consciousness that needs connection, attention and a willingness to grow with it and beyond it.

I know that it's not easy to feel that way when in a challenge.

 Once through the challenge the awakening discovery is to reflect on the growth and learning that can come from it and what is possible through the healing/transmutation of it.

Some things take longer than others to transmute. 

This is where divine patience comes in 

What part of you is speaking right now?  

Listen intently and allow it.

This is how we get to know ourselves even more clearly.

And learn to love all of ourselves through the discomfort.

With more frequencies of light coming into our field this will bring the various things that are ready to be illuminated to surface and be known with more clarity.

The shadow and light do balance out over 'time' and this Earth has so much imbalance and so much light.

Know that each Soul is exactly where they need to be in the play of life.

Even if it's not a pleasant life... it will balance out again!

Breathe, love and ride the waves!!

I'm riding the waves too, trusting in the flow even when I feel I'm crashing in the wave, I know I will pop up again, over and over.

With so much going on in my life, every day is a ride into the crunchy moments and expanding back out, lots of breaths and a remembrance that all is ok even in the intensity.

Sometimes I'm even moved to awe, tears and deep contractions only to open to up in expansion again as I let it take me into the Void and back out, it's all here for a reason, the path is taking us somewhere.

Where? exactly where you need to be, listen and choose to be with yourself fully and trust, make choices that align with your inner Source light.

If you don't know yet what your alignment is do what feels will take you towards more freedom.

It's intense, the alchemy right now....
