As our frequency raises we consistently gain more awareness of ourselves and what is happening around us.
What is the purpose of increased awareness?
To have a bigger picture view that allows for greater diversity in perspective,
to cultivate more understanding and neutrality,
to have more discernment and freedom of choice.
Sometimes more awareness can create challenges since we see more of what is out of balance within us, others and the world.
Part of the process of our Awakening is to hone how we direct our energy, focus and perspectives for a clearer lens to view life through.
More awareness can either drive us into more polarity or into more understanding.
Going into more understanding creates a broader perspective and the desire to create more balance, harmony and connection.
Also, it supports the release of the battle and struggle with the polarity to make choices that lead to more vitality, love and resilience.
More awareness can be a strength rather than a challenge.
The invitation here is to gain more awareness to grow our conscious ability to be centered within and direct ourselves into more harmony.
To not see life in terms of duality and winning or losing, rather to see life as an opportunity to experience on an ongoing spectrum of unity.
And to use your power, attention and intention to be strong in your choices to create more alignment and balance in your life.
In these times, it is important to be aware of our thoughts, emotions and actions and how we are utilizing our energy towards that which is beneficial for us.
Even in your hard moments, be aware of the experience and choose how you want to navigate it, knowing most likely you will come out the other side soon and with more growth and connection within if you allow yourself to be in full consciousness of the experience, do the inner work and allow it to move you towards the transformation it is offering.
