Welcome to another day of Life!
The new Sun codes are continuing to come through more flares raising the planets and cosmic frequencies to new levels.
This is a deep clean on many levels.
As I mentioned in the previous Energy Update, the New Sun and Inner Earth Sun codes have shifted out of the power, wounded etc matrix.
Your Souls, energy bodies, cells, mind and heart receives these frequencies.
The vibrations of the frequencies are cleaning out the perspectives and focus on the trauma from past, present and future to bring Truth and strength to live the Truth through into your consciousness, choices and bodily functions.
If you are feeling the intensity, take some breaths and open to what is shifting within you, let it move, come to the surface, transmute and free up the real energy within you the best way you know how to.
All the foundational work you have been doing to be in your heart, shift old patterns and have more clarity is supportive and now let's fortify this with the internal checks and balances of harmony.
You can ask yourself a question before reacting/responding - are these thoughts, actions, words coming from my aligned heart and soul truth.
If you feel the answer in your body/mind as a flow of energy that is more settled great.
If you feel yourself in resistance, emotional intensity, battle, confusion take some breaths, some moments, explore by asking what's there...
The resistance may be to the alignment or you may be in imbalanced reaction.
Continue to explore the thoughts and emotions with the intention that arrive at the aligned experience... accept and acknowledge what is there - this creates space for release, calm, and completion and then be patient with yourself to let the truth of what is next for you to unfold.
Remember the potential is to become more aware of what is present and move with it in a more aligned and balanced way... not to always be perfect in how you will be in any given moment.
Give yourself space to experience your present moment and adjust, align, and center as needed. Breathe!! Deep!!
This is also an opportunity to clean house!
What is stagnant, old, not necessary sitting around the house, in closets and/or in the yard?
What projects to tidy and spruce up have you been putting off?
Now is the time to freshen up your inner and outer landscape.
A time to be thorough and complete with the cleaning!
So the truth of your frequency has the space to be expressed within you and in your environment, physically and energetically.
These new waves of frequency will require the ability to see, perceive and speak through new perspectives and embodiments of more clarity and balance.
I'm watching the completing of old cycles in sessions and in groups. The body, the soul, the whole being doesn't want to hold on to these things anymore.
I've been experiencing the intensity through a cold, fascinating downloads and nerve system overwhelm that for one of the days this week was trying to suck me into reaction mode, especially with my son.
With some strident efforts I did the best I could with some reactions happening here and there while accepting the how and why so I could tend to what was needed and not let the times I didn't stay centered send me into more deregulation.
I loved myself through it and accept what is.
Life is moving so fast right now.
Slow down within the acceleration to take care of yourself and what is emerging.
Doing this creates more stability and strength, nerve system regulation and the space for the truth to arrive.
