🌟 Energy Update - DNA Upgrades + Heightened Embodiment 🌟
The current frequencies are creating strong physical and energetic changes causing ripples in consciousness and time/space.
When a new structure is forming, the old and new forms will overlap and pull apart at times until a frequency is anchored.

Just as we experience waves in our Awakening, the whole cosmic structure has them as well.
We are going through a potent transition of consciousness that is magnetizing us towards greater healing and embodiment of wholeness.
Old programs, energetic ties collective and individual, are moving out of the spinal column.
This is upgrading DNA and opening energy centers to release held emotions, memories and thought patterns throughout lifetimes.
You may be experiencing
deeper and/or spontaneous healings,
emotional uprisings,
inner battles,
heightened transformation and embodiment of your truth,
fatigue
wakefulness
This expansion of consciousness is altering the concept of time and space as we relate to reality differently.
I felt very altered for almost 3 days where everything felt in flux.
Everything seemed as if it was happening in the in between space.
Life is moving quickly and the calendar doesn't seem to be the real time and space to connect into as the cosmos and our systems are calibrating to a true way of perceiving and operating in this new frequency and timeline.
You may have felt out of time, moving in a stream of consciousness that is guiding you more home to your true essence and/or feeling disoriented, like you are on a see saw of being in the flow and then in old mindsets and behaviors.
Through this everything that felt like a foundation didn't exist, I was just hanging in space.
I trusted that all was well and things would settle as needed.
I oscillated at moments with worry though chose to stay in my center, and it has passed.
Continue with trust, connect with your heart, and stay focused on your path of embodiment and transformation!
This will help anchor yourself and the upgraded timelines.
