Energy Regulating Practice for More Balance, Focus and Power
MEDITATIONS
For ease in our busy lives I created Meditations on the Go. These are short effective Meditations to create a profound shift in presence for more awareness in your day. I will also be doing longer Meditations in the future. The meditations are inspired by experiences we have in our Awakening, I have in sessions with people and what I notice is a theme that needs assistance in the collective.
The length can be 2-6 minutes. Listen and enjoy!

ACTIVATIONS
The Activations are intuited and channeled for present frequencies we are receiving. Some are relevant to the time denoted in title, such as New Moon, Full Moon etc. and others are powerful Crystalline Light Body or DNA Activations. They are best utilized if listened to more than once!! These tend to be longer due to the powerful nature of the frequencies coming through and to allow for conscious integration and anchoring of the energies. They often include short healings that need to take place for the Activation to fully be embodied.
